Since its founding in 2001, Tuckerman Capital has invested exclusively in small companies in partnership with experienced Deal Partners (experienced executives and Independent Sponsors). Overview
Tuckerman Capital is a private investment firm that works with Deal Partners (experienced executives and Independent Sponsors) to invest in and build exceptional small companies that deliver innovative solutions for the long-term. Tuckerman invests between $5M and $20M, primarily in control recapitalizations of companies that have exceptional potential, and applies its extensive experience as operators, investors and advisors to build enduring value for all company stakeholders. The team at Tuckerman Capital has collectively completed over eighty investments in small companies through many decades of cumulative experience in this market.
