Additionally, our Operating Partners, a group of vetted and seasoned executives, are available for use by Frontier portfolio companies on an as-needed basis. Our integrated Operating and Investment Teams allow us to bring expertise, resources, and the right strategy to help our companies grow in multiple areas across their business. We take a collaborative approach to every investment, where every portfolio company gets a Partner, VP, Associate, and a lead Operating Partner who acts as the quarterback to all of the additional functional operating sources we can bring to bear as needed.
Why do intermediaries present opportunities and want to conduct transactions with the firm?
Frontier takes pride in doing what we say we will do and having tough conversations upfront instead of just telling people what they want to hear. We value the intermediary’s time and resources and are quick to stand down on opportunities that are outside of our sweet spot. We find that this transparency enhances our relationships with the intermediary community and helps generate future deal flow. We are also extremely flexible in terms of check size and transaction structure, which allows us to find a mutually beneficial deal for both parties.
